The Man Behind the Mitts

Hello my name is Tayler Mears and I am the owner of The Mittman. I started The Mittman the summer of 2018 with the goal of bringing old school boxing to the lakes region. I began boxing in 2013 in Boston, MA where I went on to win The Rocky Marciano boxing tournament and the New Englands boxing tournament in 2015. The following two years I went on to win the Central New England Golden gloves tournament in 2016 & 2017. In 2017 I was selected to represent team New England at the National Golden Gloves in Lafayette, Louisiana. My passion for competing and training grows each day as I teach the art of boxing which I hope to do for many years to come.
