Private Boxing Lessons
Offering personal training lessons for people years 10 and up! All levels are welcome.
Each lesson is customized to help achieve what your fitness goals are whether it be cardio, strength or learning new boxing techniques.
One of the main concerns people have with boxing is getting in a ring with someone and getting hurt.
Sparring is not required or part of the training here, unless specified otherwise.
